- Katy Perry's "I Kissed a Girl" continues its reign as the Number One song in the country for the sixth consecutive week. The singer's single sold 151,000 digital copies, according to Billboard.com, putting Perry ahead of Rihanna's "Take a Bow," which landed at Number Two.
- Singer and songwriter Ne-Yo remains in demand. His latest outside project is writing material for the reunion album of boy band pioneers New Kids On The Block. He penned the group's new single, which is titled "Single."
- Brad Pitt is in talks to star in Quentin Tarantino's upcoming World War II saga Inglorious Bastards. Per Tarantino is also courting Leonardo DiCaprio for the story about a group of allies who undertake a dangerous mission behind enemy lines.
