MOOSE JUICE ENTERTAINMENT FILE

  1. The Jonas Brothers were nearly starstruck when they met Britney Spears for the first time at the recent MTV Video Music Awards in Los Angeles. The guys are currently experiencing their own brush with fame, but couldn't help feeling a little anxious when meeting Spears in person. Speaking of Spears, she’ll release her sixth studio album, Circus, on December 2nd - her 27th birthday.
  2. Linkin Park frontman Chester Bennington blasted the 2008 MTV Video Music Awards in an interview with Entertainment Weekly last week. Bennington, who attended the September 7th awards show, was disappointed in the lack of rock acts represented at the event.
  3. American Idol winner David Cook is gearing up to issue his debut album on November 18th and has already launched a special social networking site to help celebrate its release. The site, DavidCookOfficial.com, allows fans to interact with Cook and one another.
  4. When Lance Bass makes his debut on ABC's Dancing With The Stars Monday he'll be dancing with professional partner Lacey Schwimmer. The openly gay former member of 'N Sync says he wouldn't mind competing with a male partner, but not on this show.
