  1. Miley Cyrus and model Justin Gaston do more than just pal around together. The pair also gets creative. Billy Ray Cyrus tells UsMagazine.com, "I'll tell you what - they are great friends, and they make a good team. They write a lot of songs together, and they sing -- it's incredible." Miley continues to skirt any questions about being in a relationship with the model. When Ellen DeGeneres asked how long they've been dating, Miley said, "I don't know. He's a singer, he's really cute, and he's nice. He's a Christian, and I really like that."
  2. Matt Nathanson is itching to hit the studio to record some new music. His most recent album, Some Mad Hope, arrived in 2007. Since then, Nathanson has been busy touring and riding on the success of the singles "Car Crash" and "Come on Get Higher."
  3. Martha Stewart is being sued by a man who claims her brand-name lounge chair collapsed on him, crushing his right index finger. Iowa resident Patrick Albanese filed the lawsuit on Monday, claiming that the injury has compromised his livelihood - as he works as a hand model, magician and plays the banjo.
  4. Sean "Diddy" Combs has agreed to appear in a two-episode story arc on CBS's CSI: Miami. The network announced yesterday that Combs will play a prosecutor who doesn't get along with David Caruso's character. The episode is expected to air in mid to late winter.
