We had Norene call in and tell us about how a seniors centre has integrated it into the senior's day to give them a chance to get physical activity. Heck! They even wear bowling shirts in teams while they play Wii Bowling!!!!

- David Cook is making some good headway with his debut album. The American Idol champ is busy on the road with this year's finalists, but he's also setting his sights on writing and recording new music. He recently visited Los Angeles to lay down some tracks for the set, which is expected out November 19th and will feature writing.
- Grammy winning singer and songwriter Alicia Keys has teamed up with White Stripes and Raconteurs singer-guitarist Jack White to record the theme song to the new James Bond movie, Quantum of Solace. The song, called "Another Way To Die," was written by White, who is also producing the track and playing nearly all the instruments, including drums.
- Jennifer Lopez will star in the upcoming romantic comedy The Governess, marking her first acting role since giving birth to twins earlier this year.
- Patrick Swayze was on the set in Chicago on Monday to begin work on the new A&E series The Beast. Swayze plays an unorthodox FBI agent who becomes the target of an Internal Affairs investigation. It's his first acting job since confirming that he was undergoing treatment for pancreatic cancer earlier this year.
