1. The Smashing Pumpkins will issue a new single called "G.L.O.W." in early September, according to the Los Angeles Times. The song will be the first released by the band since it parted ways with Reprise Records earlier this year.
2. Iconic comedy duo Cheech & Chong held a press conference Wednesday in West Hollywood to officially announce that they will hit the road on a 22-date U.S. tour, their first in more than 25 years. The pioneers of counter-culture humor will kick off the Cheech & Chong: Light Up America... tour on September 12th
3. Warner Bros. is creating a Marvin the Martian feature. The project is said to combine both CGI and live action. The cartoon alien first appeared in a Looney Tunes cartoon back in 1948.
4. Freddie Prinze, Jr. has a new job! The Scooby Doo alumni has beeh hired by the WWE. Yes, as in "wrestling."
   Sarah Michelle Gellar's husband is a new member of the WWE "creative team." He was at the RAW/Saturday Night's Main Event taping on Monday night and has attended several WWE events over the past few months, including WrestleMania.
