- U2 played a four-song set on the roof of the London offices of the BBC on Friday to finish off a day of promotion for the band's new album, No Line On The Horizon. The group performed two songs from the new disc -- current single "Get On Your Boots" and "Magnificent" -- along with "Vertigo," and "Beautiful Day."
- No Doubt will make an appearance on the May 11th episode of the hit CW series Gossip Girl. The band announced on its website that it will perform a cover of Adam Ant's "Stand And Deliver" on the program, which airs at 8:00 p.m. The cameo will come just over a week after No Doubt begins its first tour in five years on May 3rd at the Bamboozle festival.
- Chris Brown and Rihanna are keeping their Miami reunion low-key, a source tells People. The source said, "They feel like staying in and working through their issues. So far they have not wanted to go out." The magazine reported Friday that Rihanna and Brown are staying in one of Diddy's homes in the city.
